The mission of the Inclusive.Buzz Association is to create safe, proactive and multicultural spaces for education and action for the younger generation (and those likewise concerned). In the spirit of responsibility, openness and interpersonal solidarity, we work together for the benefit of living beings and the planet.
The oppressive and autocratic social system and marginalized ideas of individual development force us to give voice to progressive subcultures for which discovering diversity, as well as supporting pluralism and global thinking is a paramount value.
The current social model focusing on the patriarchal nature of relationships focused on competition, domination, violence and exclusion is no longer valid. The social change that is taking place encourages us to support completely new development opportunities for young people and create space for free expression on this topic. In the era of social changes, we see the need to support excluded groups that do not have the power to break through on their own – marginalized social groups that need a communication channel, a meeting place and systemic support.
One of such spaces is Baza by Inclusive.buzz. This is a unique project, it is an Activist Cultural Center with a small catering facility. We work in an international team consisting of refugees and migrants from Afghanistan, Ukraine, Liberia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Algeria, Iran and Belarus. Together, we create a menu that represents flavors from around the world, all in a vegan, vegetarian and ecological version. Our premises at Marszałkowska 28 have also become an important place for meetings and activities of activists. The whole thing is run by the Inclusive.buzz Association, and all profits are used to achieve statutory goals.
During the year of operation, we have established cooperation or partnerships with many organizations whose goals are consistent with ours. We have become a recognizable activist, gastronomic and cultural point on the map of Warsaw due to the multicultural, friendly and inviting atmosphere of BAZA.

As an Association, we employ and support people at risk of social exclusion, i.e. migrants, refugees, representatives of minorities, we have become an entity of the social economy. Our goal is to update people professionally and support their efforts to reintegrate, improve their professional situation and open up to diversity. The management model is participatory, which means that employees democratically decide on our activities, and the profit is allocated to the statutory goals of the IB association.
From the very beginning, we have been employing people with refugee/migrant experience. By providing training, we included approximately fifty people in the labor market. These are people who have recently arrived in Poland, often after traumatic experiences, without knowledge of the language and without the right to reside. We help them find a roof over their heads, give them jobs, and thus support them in obtaining the basic rights that every person deserves. We use our contacts to ensure continuity of employment, obtain refugee status, and provide social and health care, including psychological care. We are an organization participating in the process of legalizing the stay of many people in need.
